Well finally collection day came today, a small delay mainly due to needing a replacement battery.

Only driven so far back from London West but very impressed, especially the exhaust sound in Sport mode.

something else thats wrong with mine! crikey talking getting stuff wrong...supplied standard 5w40 top oil couldnt make this up!

So I wanted a shark fin but forgot to amend the order at the time, partly because of the staff issues at the dealer.

Ive debating paying to have it done or bite the bullet and fit myself. Before committing either way I thought I’d have a go at removing the old one and then if I struggle I’d book it in or if I can get it out I’ll order the part to fit through the week.

Decided to bite the bullet today and give it ago at getting out. Not too bad so far, I’m sure it’ll be a bit more awkward feeding the loom back in and down.

Probably took around 15/20 mins to get to this stage having been quoted 1.5 hours to do the job so far I’m clearly ahead of time. 🙄
