    I bought the car in August after searching for one in the right colour and spec.

    So far the rear is now fully stripped ready to have the cage welded in.

          Managed to get some time to work on the Mini again this week. Cage spreader plates and towers welded in, cage fitted and interior almost back in.

            What a build and only quality parts used.

            I like the red Sabelt harnesses.😃

            Look forward to more updates.

              Tyres fitted today to the new track wheels.

                Thanks Andy, was in two minds to go with red or black.

                  Next job is the brakes and suspension, Although it already has BC RM coil overs it looks like I will now be replacing them with Nitron R1. the development is now complete for the R56, just waiting on adjustable top mounts being made.
                  Adjustable camber arms and drop links will be fitted at the same time.

                  Rear callipers going for refurb and will be keeping the JCW Brembo fronts along with braided hoses and upgraded fluid.

                    Both front seats now fitted along with a couple of little touches. Wheels back at the unit ready for test fitting.

                      Stevie Looks nice, I like the red harnesses as it gives a bit of colour inside and matches the roof.

                      I bought the red Sabelt harness pads as well, just to make them a bit more comfortable.

                        Wheels test fitted last night. Now running without spacers.

                          New Oil, filters and new EVO 10 plugs arrived. Will be changing these before mapping.

                            GFB DV+ Performance Diverter valve arrived today to replace standard Mini unit.

                              A few more bits tidied up in the rear, along with Fire safety Stick added.
